2. EXCHANGE & RETURN
No exchange and No Return once the customer have made payment. Please make sure the size is correct at the time you bought the item.
Items that are damaged, or lost during the delivery process will not be responsible by us. Once the parcel has out for shipping process, please contact courier service for more info.
4.REFUND - Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product).
There will be no refund once the customer has made a payment.
5.OUT OF STOCKS ITEM
In the event the purchased items are out of stocks, customer will be offered to exchange with same value products, if exchange to higher value product, customer need to bear the different cost or else the company will refund full amount to customer.
