If you visit or shop at SOPAN WARISAN.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Our term and conditions cannot be applied if the order is made via other channel.

1- Ready stock product will be shipped out within 1-2 days the order has been made and the payment has been accepted by us unless specified differently on the product description/note.
2- We DID NOT offer pre-order product.
3- We will update you once the order has been received, payment has been made and item has been delivered through email ONLY. We will only update you via other channel if you are requesting the update using the same channel. Example, if you would like to know whether your item has been shipped or not via whatsapp, then contact us via whatsapp and we will reply also by whatsapp.
4- Other than purchasing directly fromSOPAN WARISAN website www.SOPAN WARISAN.com, SOPAN WARISAN DO NOT HAVE A registered agents/dropshipper which representsSOPAN WARISAN to do selling/marketing as well as customer service to assist you and to provide the best shopping experience at SOPAN WARISAN.
Delivery
We ship to the entire world. Shipping price will automatically stated in your cart based on delivery location and item weight. If you find that the country you would like to ship to is not available, please contact us via email or whatsapp. We will give you shipping options and rate. We will be using JnT Express Shipping, Ninjavan depending on location and courier availability.
- East & West Malaysia - JnT Express Shipping and Ninjavan delivery will take 2 -3 business days to arrive.
- International - NinjaVan / Poslaju will take 3 to 10 business days to arrive
- The estimated delivery time applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days
- Item delivered is subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48 -72 hours. Please keep your tracking number and contact your country general post office to request for your shipment status
Secure Payment
We accept payment via BillPlz automatic online banking, manual transfer to our Maybank and CIMB account, Paypal and Credit Card (Visa and Master Card). We provide secure payment on Credit Card payment as we are using the secured, trusted and professional payment gateway PayPal and BilPlz. Your credit card information will not be released to us.
Payment via BIllPlzy and paypal will be accepted instantly and you will receive a confirmation order via email. Payment via manual bank transfer has to be made and proof of payment has to be uploaded HERE with the order reference number in 24 hours. Late payment will lead to order cancellation. After proof of payment has been emailed, it will take up to 72 hours for our team to accept your payment and reply your email.
